Haven plan without skipper

Cork senior football champions Castlehaven may have to cope without captain Seanie Cahalane when they take on Waterford champions Stradbally in the Munster Club SFC semi-final in Clonakilty on Sunday.

Haven plan without skipper

Cahalane sustained a shoulder injury in the closing stages of Castlehaven’s county final triumph over Duhallow last month, forcing him to miss the Munster quarter-final victory over Limerick outfit Dromcollogher-Broadford.

Castlehaven team manager James McCarthy is less than optimistic about his corner-forward’s chances of playing but, with no fresh injuries to report, McCarthy will be able to pick from squad that overcame Drom-Broadford.
