Ballaghaderreen spoiled the party for the defending champions with an assured performance as they captured the Moclair Cup for just the third time in the club’s history, and the first since 2008.

“Over the last few years seeing what Ballintubber did drove us on to where we are today,” said Ballagh’ captain, Stephen Drake. “They’ve been fantastic ambassadors for Mayo club football.
