Dromard made the perfect start and just 30 seconds elapsed when Francie McGee netted. Three unanswered points from the Killoe side levelled matters but Dromard took control and restored their three-point advantage by the 29th minute.
A free from Sean McCormack cut the lead to two before, on the stroke of half-time, Killoe grabbed a goal when Mark Hughes smashed home from a Shane Dowd pass.
