Your first ever job in media?

“I worked with a pirate radio station DCR, Donegal Community Radio, in the late ’80s and I was running the sports department. It was quite well run by a man called Bobby McDaid, who ran several businesses in town. The studios were fine, they had a decent record library and good administration. A lot of good talent came out of it and many of them ended up with us at Highland or further afield.”
