Dowling still top of the pile in scoring charts

In yesterday’s Irish Examiner we printed an article which stated Pat Horgan was the leading scorer in the championship.

We are happy to clarify that Shane Dowling is the leading scorer.

Over the weekend Joe Canning moved from joint eighth to outright third with his 11-point haul while Horgan solidified his second spot with seven. Canning, Henry Shefflin and Pa Bourke will all probably improve their positions, with Shefflin best positioned to displace Dowling, as he lies 17 points behind the Limerick man.
