Nominations are currently being sought for the post of Derry senior football manager — and this could mean the end of the road for John Brennan.

Brennan’s job under threat in Derry

The Lavey clubman has been in charge for the past two years but at an executive committee meeting on Monday night it was decided that clubs should be circulated for nominees.

They have a 10-day period in which to furnish names and following an interview process the executive will make a recommendation for ratification by the county board.
