McEneaney vacates Monaghan hotseat

Monaghan manager Eamonn McEneaney stood down from the job last night.

He took over the position for the second time in October 2010 but following the loss to Laois, he admitted he had taken the team as far as he could.

“I have given it all I can. The job that has to be done now will take somebody else three or four years to do,” he said.
