Baker calls for structural review

Offaly boss Ollie Baker called for a review of the championship structures following his side’s exit at the hands of Cork last Saturday night.

Baker was at pains to give Cork credit for their victory on the night but pointed out that his side would not have another competitive game until next spring.

“We’re disappointed, I have 30 lads who’ve put in seven, eight months’ effort, but we’re not going to see a competitive fixture until next February,” he said.
