Grogan grabs glory

Conor Grogan’s 90th minute point secured a sensational victory for Tyrone in this Lory Meagher thriller at Croke Park on Saturday.

Fermanagh were the underdogs but first-half goals from Shea Curran, Declan McGarry saw them trail by just by 1-12 to 3-4 at the break.

Fermanagh’s John Duffy and Corrigan, and Tyrone’s Kelly continued to land the points, but Curran will rue going for a goal from 20m in the last act of normal time, which ended 1-20 to 3-14.
