Dubs have it all too easy

Goals in either half from Conor McHugh and Robbie Gaughan helped Dublin account for 12-man Longford in their Leinster MFC quarter-final at Parnell Park on Saturday afternoon.

McHugh’s eighth minute goal propelled the hosts to a 1-9 to 0-3 interval lead.

Though Larry Moran goaled in the 49th minute for Longford, they had Liam O’Sullivan sent-off and Moran followed him to the sidelines soon after.

Gaughan netted Dublin’s second major and the visitors’ misery was complete when Cian Farrelly was also sent-off.
