Cork boss John Cleary pinpointed the concession of three goals as the hammer blows that proved pivotal to their defeat in Saturday’s All-Ireland U21FC semi-final in Portlaoise.

“It was very disappointing. The better team probably won at the end of the day. Goals win games.

“We got the same number of scores but they got the goals to win it.
