Corrigan fires Fermanagh to title

Sean Corrigan’s 2-3 haul helped Fermanagh claim the Allianz Hurling League Division 3B title at Parnell Park yesterday.

The Erne County started well with points from Corrigan, midfielder Ryan Bogue, Shea Curran and Eoin Morrissey. Warwickshire were then rocked by a Corrigan goal on 12 minutes.

The Exiles reduced to margin to three points with a brace of scores from Michael Ivors, but Fermanagh finished strongly as three further efforts from Bogue and one from Andrew Breslin, gave the Ulster men a 1-8 to 0-5 advantage at the interval.
