Rushe out for Dublin

Dublin manager Anthony Daly revealed last night that All Star Liam Rushe looks set to miss the remainder of the Allianz Hurling League through injury.

Rushe out for Dublin

Daly confirmed that 2011 Young Hurler of the Year Rushe has been ruled out for at least a month after injuring his hip against Galway at Pearse Stadium last Sunday. And Dublin’s injury crisis has deepened with news that full-back Peter Kelly will miss the next two to three weeks with medial knee ligament damage, also sustained during the defeat to Galway.

Daly is also without cruciate injury victims Conal Keaney, Stephen Hiney and Tomás Brady, while Paul Schutte, David ‘Dotsy’ O’Callaghan and Ross O’Carroll are also unlikely to feature against Cork on March 11.
