Derrytresk to make case on ban ruling

The Tyrone club will challenge a number of the Central Competitions Control Committee’s (CCCC) proposed suspensions handed down to eight of their players arising from the controversial semi-final against Dromid Pearses in Portlaoise last month.

Derrytresk are just five days away from their All-Ireland Club JFC final against Galway’s Clonbur in Croke Park. Dromid Pearses have confirmed they will be contesting all four of the punishments handed down to them — the €2,000 fine as well as the three player suspensions.
