Kilkenny seal place in final

Kilkenny qualified for the All-Ireland Vocational SAHC final after a six points win over Limerick at Mick Neville Park, Rathkeale.

Kilkenny led 1-7 to 0-8 at the break, the goal scored by Shane Donnelly. Declan Mullane scored Limerick’s goal but Cathal Martin and Mark Russell had further Kilkenny goals which earned them a final place against Galway.

Scorers for Limerick: O Farrell 0-6, S Butler 0-4, D Mullane 1-0, C O’Sullivan, M O’Brien 0-1 each.
