Cork and Tipp ring changes for McGrath Cup final
Conor O’Driscoll and Aidan O’Reilly come into defence in the wing-back positions instead of Sean Kiely and Paudie Kissane. At midfield, Alan O’Connor and James Fitzpatrick form a new partnership as Pearse O’Neill and Micheal Ó Laoire make way. In attack, Fiachra Lynch starts at right half-forward and Seanie Cahalane will play at full-forward as both Patrick Kelly and Colm O’Neill are nursing injuries.
Tipperary manager John Evans has made five changes from the team that defeated UCC in last Sunday’s semi-final. Matthew O’Donnell is named in goal, Robbie Costigan and Ciaran McDonald will start in the corner-back positions, Robbie Kiely is brought in at left half-back and Seamus Grogan will play at centre-forward. Paul Fitzgerald, Jonathan Ryan, Andrew Morrissey, Brian Fox and David Butler are the players to make way.
