Kelly looks set for quick Déise return

EOIN KELLY could make a quicker than expected return to the Waterford panel after meeting with manager Michael Ryan earlier this week.

The Irish Examiner understands the pair spoke on Monday with the tone of the conversation believed to be more conciliatory than their previous discussions.

Former All Star Kelly was last week omitted from Ryan’s plans due to concerns about his fitness and a failure to meet with the team management about them.
