COROFIN have taken a swipe at the Connacht Council and the referee of the provincial final which led to the club being fined over €5,000.

They have tabled motions for tonight’s Galway county board convention, looking for changes to be made regarding venues and the experience of referees.

The Galway champions, who are still deciding whether to appeal the increase this week in the fines dished out by the Connacht Council, want a ban on clubs hosting provincial games.
