Wrist injury rules Fennelly out of All Star tour

HURLER of the Year, Michael Fennelly will play no part in the All Star tour to San Francisco.

An x-ray on his hand yesterday revealed the midfielder sustained a broken scaphoid bone in his left wrist in Ballyhale’s county final clash to James Stephens. The hand is now in a cast and rules him out of action for six weeks. Ironically he broke the scaphoid bone in his right wrist earlier this season.
