Plan for quicker substitutions

THE GAA’S standing rules committee are considering speeding up the process of bringing subs into inter-county games.

GAA President Christy Cooney yesterday revealed there could be a proposal put forward for next year whereby there doesn’t need to be a stoppage in play for replacements to enter the fray.
