Ballyduff finish with a flourish to see off Courcey’s

Having gone in at half-time leading by 1-8 to 0-6 after hitting a purple patch midway through the first half, Ballyduff were pinned back in the second period as Courceys got on top, scoring six unanswered points to put themselves in front.

However, points from Ballyduff’s Mikey Boyle, Aiden Boyle and Bobby O’Sullivan turned the game; fittingly too as they scored 10 of their side’s points between them, Boyle outstanding at centre-forward, where he did much to quell the influence of Courceys’ Vincent Hurley.
