O’Grady set for new Limerick deal

AN announcement is expected from the Limerick County Board this week concerning the management of the senior hurling team for next year.

O’Grady set for new Limerick deal

Donal O’Grady is believed to have agreed to remain in the position and the likelihood is that he will accept a two-year term. The Corkman was in charge this year when he took over following the major controversy in 2010 when disputes meant that not a single game was won under the guidance of the then manager Justin McCarthy.

O’Grady, at the time of his appointment, accepted the role for this year but is believed to have been hugely impressed by the talent at his disposal.
