Joyce plans to give Dubs minor problem

TRIPS to Croke Park for Tommie Joyce have generally been in a playing capacity but the Killererin man will occupy a different role tomorrow afternoon.

Joyce took up the reins at intercounty management level for the first time last winter and has steered the Galway minor footballers to an All-Ireland semi-final meeting with Dublin.

“I had a bit of experience of the management side of things with Killererin last year when I was player-manager of our senior club team,” he said.
