Cork-Kerry on collision course

KERRY and Cork won’t face each other in this year’s All-Ireland final after they were picked out on the same side of the draw in Thurles yesterday.

Cork-Kerry on collision course

The Kingdom face Limerick for the second time this year in next weekend’s All-Ireland quarter-finals with Cork facing Connacht champions Mayo. If they both win their quarter finals, the Connacht-Munster semi-final cycle means the old rivals would pair off in the last four, just like they did in 2008.

On the other side of the draw, Donegal face Kildare in what is sure to be an intriguing tactical battle while Dublin await the winners of Tyrone and Roscommon.
