Lavin lets rip at critics

LIMERICK star Stephen Lavin has blasted the football media saying he is “sick to death of those people never giving us credit.”

Speaking after their spectacular victory over defeated Leinster finalists Wexford in Portlaoise on Saturday night, Lavin had some harsh words for a number of high profile pundits in particular.

He said: “I want to say this, and I want you to print it — screw all those people who have written us off.
