Brennan refuses to count cost of Bradley absence

DERRY manager John Brennan refused to speculate whether Eoin Bradley’s absence contributed to Derry’s downfall yesterday.

“I’m not answering that, that’s a ridiculous question,” said Brennan about the cruciate victim Bradley, before adding: “We had three possibilities in the first half which I think we should have hit the target with.

“Eoin Bradley wasn’t there, I’m not going to talk about him. We had two players of our inside diamond who didn’t perform and didn’t score.
