Tricky Harrington proves Beara’s ace

BEARA cruised into the Cork U21 FC semi-final after comprehensively dismantling Glanworth at Kilmurry on Saturday.

A sparkling first-half display was the key to victory as the men in red and white raced into a five-point lead after seven minutes and stretched that advantage out to seven points by the interval (0-10-0-3).

Cork minor David Harrington was the star of the show for Beara as the tricky forward caused no end of problems for the struggling north Cork defence.
