Fitzgerald gets Limerick IT job

DAVY FITZGERALD will be unveiled as Limerick IT’s director of hurling next month.

The Waterford boss has managed the Limerick college to two Fitzgibbon Cup titles and four finals since becoming involved with the team since the mid-Noughties.

The position is a permanent one for the 39-year-old and a bold statement about Limerick IT’s future hurling aspirations.
