The Royals face the ignominy of relegation to Division Three after a second half Celtic Park capitulation which McEnaney admitted was “the most disappointing half hour of football I’ve ever managed”.

McEnaney said: “There’s no excuses to play the way we played, or rather didn’t play, in the second half. To be six points up against that breeze and end up getting beaten is disappointing.”
