Wexford club Faythe Harriers are the latest unit suspected to have fallen foul of Rule 5.1, Cork’s Nemo Rangers having been investigated last year after the Irish rugby side trained at their Trabeg complex.

Nemo escaped with a finger-wagging but this latest alleged breach has again raised the question as to whether the ban is a relic of days gone by given the economic realities for clubs.
