Sheehan scoring blitz fires Mary’s to landslide victory over Nenagh

St Mary’s (Kerry) 3-20 Nenagh Éire Óg (Tipperary) 1-4

The Caherciveen hosts were never troubled and 15th and 17th minute goals from Daniel Daly and Sheehan killed off the game.

Sheehan had the ball in the net again in the 25th minute which left St Mary’s 3-8 to 1-3 ahead at the interval.

St Mary’s were 3-14 to 1-3 clear at the end of the third quarter with Sheehan bringing his tally to 2-8 by the 46th minute. Sean Cournane and Conor O’Shea came off the bench to kick points as Sheehan was withdrawn.
