Lucey hints at hurling return

LIMERICK dual star Stephen Lucey has hinted that he would return to the county’s senior hurling set-up, if selected in 2011.

The Croom clubman has been a key member of Limerick’s football panel for the past two seasons as the Shannonsiders went desperately close to making a Munster championship breakthrough.

Lucey juggled both codes in 2009 but concentrated exclusively on football this year following the infamous spat between the Limerick hurlers and manager Justin McCarthy.
