HAT-TRICKS from the Trim duo of Neil Heffernan and Alan Douglas spearheaded Meath to a comprehensive 35-point victory over Wicklow in a farcical Leinster U21A HC semi-final at Trim last evening.

The score at half-time was 4-11 to 1-3.

Kildare 1-13 Westmeath 0-4

MARTIN FITZGERALD starred as Kildare easily disposed of lacklustre Westmeath in this very one-sided Leinster Under 21A HC semi-final at Cusack Park Mullingar yesterday evening.

Kildare led by 1-9 to 0-2 at half-time, with Eoin Doyle scoring the goal in the 12th minute.
