Kerry chiefs ‘wait and see’ on O Sé video review

KERRY GAA chiefs are adopting a ‘wait and see’ policy before commenting on television coverage of incidents involving defender Tomás O Sé in Sunday’s Munster SFC final as the An Ghaeltacht defender looks set to be the second high-profile Kingdom player to be slapped with a retrospective suspension this summer by the CCCC.

O Sé was involved in three separate incidents with Limerick attacker Stephen Kelly during the first-half of Sunday’s game, with the apparent elbow inflicted on Kelly after he struck a point in the 20th minute the incident most likely to see O Sé facing apotential four-week ban.

Referee Pat Fox appeared to miss the foul as he took no action against O Sé and as it is expected that the report he submitted yesterday will contain no mention of the incident, the CCCC look certain to ask the Westmeath whistler to review the match footage.
