Council in Semple U-turn

Council in Semple U-turn

The decision was taken following a meeting of Council’s CCC in Limerick last night and means original plans to hold the game in Páirc Ui Chaoimh if such a pairing arose have now been binned.

The council had taken the decision after last Sunday’s Munster quarter-final to play a Cork Waterford final in Páirc Ui Chaoimh but that sparked fierce opposition from Waterford.
