CORK goalkeeper Donal Óg Cusack says references in his autobiography to referee Barry Kelly are “history” ahead of the Westmeath official handling the Cork v Tipperary Munster SHC clash on Sunday week.

In his book, ‘Come What May’, Cusack refers to Kelly’s inconsistencies in handling Cork games, but yesterday the Cork star said he and his teammates would “just have to get on with it”.

“I wrote a book, obviously, and expressed certain opinions in it,” said Cusack. “Having said that, someone has to referee the game and, like the strikes, that’s history.
