Scheme raises €250,000

IMAGINE Communications Group yesterday announced that their product Gaelic Telecom has raised over €250,000 for GAA clubs and schools in Munster over the past year.

The figure brings to almost €5 million the amount raised by Gaelic Telecom in support to the GAA at grassroots level, which allows GAA supporters to save money on their phone bills, since it was established six years ago.

During 2009 alone, customers of Gaelic Telecom in Munster raised €250,775 for their nominated local GAA club or school.
