Henry takes over Dublin captaincy

Raheny man Henry was named vice- skipper at the start of this season, and in the absence of Griffin led the county in their last two NFL games against Monaghan and Cork. The 29-year-old made his debut for Dublin in 2003 and has been an ever present since winning four Leinster titles and being twice nominated for an All Star.

Along with Griffin, Dublin will be without several other players for Saturday night’s Division 1 clash against Galway which is crucial in their hopes of qualifying for the league decider on April 25th.
