Fitzhenry set to decide on Wexford future

WEXFORD goalkeeper Damien Fitzhenry will decide this week if he is to commit to an 18th season of inter-county hurling.

Fitzhenry has been the Model County’s last line of defence since making his debut in 1993 but it is unclear if he plans to don the number one jersey in 2010.

The county squad played two challenges last weekend against Limerick and Kilkenny champions Ballyhale Shamrocks but the Duffry Rovers man was conspicuous by his absence.
