“It’s a huge help, obviously, to have experienced guys like Fergal (Hartley), Andy (Moloney) and Paul (Flynn). They have vast experience at intercounty level, and even if Shane O’Sullivan isn’t as old, he’s been through the mill too. That’s obviously something that comes in handy, they’re well able to advise a lot of the younger players.
