Roos delight at coup as Kennelly agrees new two-year Sydney deal

SYDNEY SWANS coach Paul Roos has hailed the return of Tadhg Kennelly to AFL after the Kerryman agreed a two-year deal with the club.

Roos confirmed the deal had been finalised, bringing to an end a saga that began in September when Kennelly achieved his dream of winning an All-Ireland title with Kerry.

Since then there has been much debate over whether he would remain with his family in Ireland or, feeling he had still more to offer the Swans, return to Sydney.
