Bane in the reckoning as Galway boss Sammon prepares for Kingdom clash

UNDER-21 star Cormac Bane will be available for selection when Galway manager Liam Sammon names his side tonight to meet Kerry in the Allianz NFL at Austin Stack Park, Tralee on Sunday.

Bane, one of the most promising young forwards in the game, missed Galway’s last game against Mayo because of the two yellow card rule.

Regular left half-back Darren Mullahy, who also missed the Mayo game because of work commitments, is also back in the frame and seems certain to start.
