Cats name strong line-up

ALL-IRELAND champions Kilkenny have close to their strongest team for tomorrow’s Allianz NHL clash with Cork at Nowlan Park. P. J. Ryan takes over in goal from David Herity; T J Reid comes in at right half forward for Martin Comerford; Henry Shefflin is at centre-forward, with Eoin Larkin on his left. Eddie Brennan is back in the right corner, linking up with Richie Power and Aidan Fogarty.

Meanwhile, Conor McNamara, son of team manager Mike, makes his league debut for Clare against Dublin at Parnell Park. McNamara takes over the right half forward spot from Cathal Dillon in a side that shows two other changes in attack from that which lost to Kilkenny. Tony Griffin returns in place of Colin Ryan at right corner forward, while Caimin Morey takes over the full forward position from Niall Gilligan.

Limerick have named the same side that started against Cork for their game with Waterrford at the Gaelic Grounds tomorrow.
