Browne set for Déise return

VETERAN Tony Browne is set to return to action for Waterford hurlers in Sunday’s Allianz NHL with Galway in Dungarvan.

Browne resumed e training with his Déise team-mates three weeks ago, and was on the bench for last Sunday’s one point defeat by Dublin at Parnell Park.

“Tony won’t start the game, but we’ll probably bring him on at some stage,” explained Waterford boss Davy Fitzgerald.
