AFL agent Nixon in crash incident

RICKY NIXON, the controversial agent attempting to woo young GAA talent to the AFL, was involved in a bizarre accident in Melbourne this week.

Nixon ploughed his Alfa Romeo into a tram in the city’s Swan Street on Wednesday night, left the scene and took a taxi home with over 200 people looking on.

According to media reports in Australia, Nixon returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.108 — more than twice the legal limit — after police knocked on his door and took him down to the local station for questioning.
