DUBLIN manager Pat Gilroy believes the GAA should consider completing the All-Ireland club championships prior to Christmas.

Fixture congestion is the phrase on everyone’s lips this month with the National League, colleges, U-21 championships, club games and the hurling Interprovincials all jostling for space. Some of Dublin’s players have been caught in the crossfire with both Mark Vaughan and Cian O’Sullivan sitting out the Sigerson Cup finals weekend as a result of their All-Ireland commitments with Kilmacud Crokes.

And Gilroy believes that tough decisions need to be made.
