TIPPERARY manager Declan Carr has made one change to the team which defeated Derry in the semi-final for Sunday’s ESB All-Ireland U21 hurling championship final against Kilkenny in Croke Park (2pm).

Injury has forced Joey McLoughney out and his place at full forward is taken by Mark O’Meara, who played in the opening round against Limerick.

As expected, Kilkenny boss Michael Walsh has given a vote of confidence to the team which defeated champions Galway in the semi-final and named the same 15 for Sunday’s final.
