Final straw: why must hurling keep on suffering?

ENOUGH is enough, let’s call a spade a spade. The GAA is meant to be the umbrella organisation for a number of sports, but it’s not.

It’s the GFA, the Gaelic Football Association, and has been for a number of years now, all the other sports seen as minor adjuncts.

The sport suffering the most, however, is hurling, and this past week is surely the last straw.
