In fairness, the guy has a point. As good as they were in the second-half, they were worryingly poor before the break and he was quick to point out that a similar display probably won’t be enough for the Ulster semi-final against Fermanagh.
“We had a lot of ball but we hit four wides inside the first four minutes. You can talk all you want but they were the hungrier team in the first half. Eleven wides … we were lucky to get out of this after hitting that many wides.”
