A CORK school refused to play an All-Ireland semi-final on Monday claiming they received too little notice from Croke Park.

Boherbue Comprehensive School were due to meet Connacht champions Athenry Vocational School in the All-Ireland Vocational JFC semi-final at Croagh in Limerick.

However, they say they only received notification from the organising committee on Thursday, four days before the game. It is understood that when contacted, the Munster representatives requested a postponement to which the GAA immediately agreed.
